All listings for Brew Caravan must be loaded Into MLS prior to 4 p.m., Wednesday, the week of the Brew (Maximum of 8 listings will be accepted, first come first serve policy).
The listing Agent or an active REALTOR® must be present and sign in at meeting to represent your listing on Brew Caravan. Agent or Active REALTOR® "sit in" must participate in Brew Caravan for duration of the Tour.
Max of two listings per agent per caravan.
Listings will only be previewed on Brew Caravan once, unless drastic change in price/condition of property. Must be pre-approved by one of co-chairs by Brew deadline.
Provided transportation is for REALTORS® and sponsoring Affiliate only. Other Affiliates are encouraged to follow in other/own transportation.
Builder/Developer Guidelines - Builder and developer REALTOR® sales staff may place homes on Brew Caravan so long as those homes are listed in the MLS and all current rules regarding placing listings on Brew Caravan and attendance by REALTOR® sales staff are followed. (The Thursday Brew Committee strongly suggests that builders and developers use the 30 second pitch and sponsorship times to inform Brew Caravan attendees of project highlights and/or changes.)
